What is MgO fire rating?

As a building material, MgO does not have a fire rating by itself.

Fire ratings are limited to building assemblies that include all components of a wall, ceiling, or roof (which may include MgO products). Listed assemblies are typically published and certified with agencies such as ICC-ES or UL.
